How to subscribe to environment management plans for public comment

The Department of Environment, Parks and Water Security (DEPWS) is responsible for managing the assessment and approval of onshore petroleum Environment Management Plans (EMPs).

All drilling and hydraulic fracturing EMPs under assessment are made available for public comment for a period of 28 days.

DEPWS is committed to ensuring that as many Territorians as possible are aware of, and have an opportunity to comment on, these EMPs.
